Shipping policy

Please allow 3–7 business days for standard order processing. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods.

Pre-Order Items:
Pre-order items require 2–3 weeks for processing before shipment. Once processed, shipping will take approximately 5–7 business days.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your order will be shipped together once all items are ready.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for any delivery issues.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
